JOB DESCRIPTION
• Informing our customers about our campaigns, products and services in our outbound call center,
• Focusing on providing excellent customer service with a positive and friendly approach
• Addressing the problems to show a strong persuasion effort by acting with analytical thinking in solving
• Target-oriented work in order to achieve the basic performance targets of the Call Center
